1. This application form.

2. CV (preferably Europass, with a passport photo, in English) — required for every applicant, sent at least 3 months before placement start.

3. Motivational Letter in English — required for every applicant.

4. Portfolio — only for design or beauty placements (e.g. graphic designers, architects, hairdressers).

5. Attestation of Good Conduct / Police Conduct — only for placements with children or persons with disability.

Minimum level B1 required. Below B1, job shadowing is provided instead of a full work placement, and an intensive online English course is strongly recommended.

A non-refundable €200 prepayment is due within 5 working days of the invoice.

The balance is due no later than 2 months before the arrival date.

Late applications (under 6 weeks before arrival) incur an additional €295 charge.

Cancellation before arrival: the €200 prepayment is retained as an admin fee.

Cancellation after confirmation, or a no-show: an additional fee equal to 14 nights' accommodation applies.

Cancellation during the internship: no refund.

Force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic): €200 retained as admin fee; the balance is issued as a credit note for a future student.

Changing the confirmed work placement (where justified) costs €230/student.

Shared self-catering apartments by default (single bed in a shared, mixed-nationality bedroom, allocated by gender). Host family or hotel is offered when unavailable, at that option's own terms.

A refundable €100 damage deposit is payable on arrival (within 48 hours), returned after departure if no damage is reported.

On arrival: meet the driver within 30 minutes of landing, at the HSBC ATM. On departure: be ready 3.5 hours before your flight; the driver waits up to 15 minutes.

Valid travel and medical insurance (including civil and third-party liability) is required before travelling. An EHIC card is also required.
